On September 19, 2026, we invite you from 3–5 PM to the Federweißer & Onion Cake wine tasting at the Wasem Doppelstück Winery. Experience the freshly fermented grape must, learn why it sparkles, and enjoy oven-warm onion cake – a true autumn moment in Ingelheim.

Look forward to the freshly fermented Federweißer, combined with classic onion cake as well as (veggy onion cake) – a true autumn delight! In a cozy atmosphere, you will experience the charm of the wine harvest season and learn fascinating background information about this special wine.
