Gospelnacht - Colours of Gospel

For over 25 years, Colours of Gospel has delighted its audience with a diverse mix of various gospel styles – from traditional gospels to modern, groovy songs. Around 40 passionate singers share their enthusiasm for music and bring the joy, energy, and unifying power of gospel singing to the stage. The choral singing is complemented by the in-house band The Fools of Rhythm, as well as soloists from within the choir.

Musically, Colours of Gospel is led by Collins Nyandeje. With his extraordinary voice and engaging manner, he captivates both the singers and the audience. He is also a sought-after and passionate ambassador of this music at gospel workshops across Germany.

Together, Colours of Gospel and Collins Nyandeje combine the liberating message of gospel with catchy melodies, powerful voices, and infectious rhythms. He consistently adds his own musical signature to the songs and ensures that the spark immediately jumps to the audience.

For many years, the unmistakable musical groove has been provided by the band The Fools of Rhythm, featuring Mark Schwarzmayr on piano, Dennis Otto on drums, Bruno Bauss on bass, and Christoph Becker on guitar.
