Cheerful costume tour in Rheinhessian dialect with wine tasting

On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM, we, the culture and wine ambassadors Tatjana Best and Angelika Friedrich, invite you to a cheerful costume tour including a 4-wine tasting in Wörrstadt.

Join us, Bertrada, the wife of the town watchman, and the sociable woman from the vineyard protectors,

the Bawwetche, on a cheerful city tour where we will not only explore the most beautiful corners of our charming town but also experience the soul of Rheinhessen. During our walk, we will stop at various places to tell you exciting stories and anecdotes from three different centuries. To delight not only our minds but also our taste buds, we will taste delicious Rheinhessen wines at four stations - sparkling, characterful, and truly Rheinhessian. Look forward to interesting dialogues, delightful little stories and anecdotes that invite smiles, and of course, the wonderful interplay of wine, culture, and the talents of two genuine women from Rheinhessen!

We look forward to showing you Rheinhessen in a very special way, from its most beautiful and enjoyable side.

The meeting point is at 6:00 PM at Neunröhrenplatz in Wörrstadt. The costume tour takes place with a minimum of 6 people and costs €25.00 per person including a 4-wine tasting.
