Medieval market at the Landskron castle ruins

Historical spectacle in the castle ruins and on the Bürgerwiese. Over the weekend, the Staufen castle ruin Landskron and the adjacent Bürgerwiese will once again be the venue for the popular Oppenheim Medieval Market. There, traders, craftsmen, knights, and ladies of the castle will gather for a vibrant event. The organizer of the medieval market is “Lorraine Médiévale” from Völklingen, led by Karolan Lieb. Together with him, more than 40 stalls from Germany and neighboring countries featuring artisans from glove makers to clay builders will fill the market area around the ruins for thousands of guests.
