Mrs. Brell & the Filous | Concert

You lose the most heat over your head – you could simply put on a hat now or attend a concert by Shakti and Matze. They are purveyors of good mood, everyday escape artists, and their songs and stories are real sources of warmth. On hundreds of concert evenings all over Germany, they have taken their audience to different thoughts and gained many fans.

Shakti and Matze sing about a golden record, Beatles messages, a magical bus, the Captain Picard frog, their travels through the night, seven-zone tonnage pocket spring mattresses, and they have a farewell song for people who still say "Tschüssikowski." You will surely find yourself in their songs and stories.

In addition to guitars and singing, you can hear an autoharp, a stylophone, wah-wah tubes, jaw harps, a keyboard glockenspiel, kazoos, percussion, and whatever else fits in the travel suitcase.
They have spent several months on the hit list, won the Belziger Bachstelze small arts award, are nominated for the Franconian Cabaret Prize 2026, and one of their numerous albums has just been awarded "Best Chanson Album" at the 43rd Rock & Pop Prize 2025.
