Museumsabend: Die Evolution der Schildkröten

Do you know what paleoherpetology is? You will learn about it in the lecture! Professor Walter G. Joyce, Professor of Paleontology in the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Freiburg, Switzerland, and a recognized expert in the field of fossil turtles, will speak. The theme of the museum evening will be the development of these animals in their environment – turtles, as they swam in the Rhine-Hesse Sea 30 million years ago.
In addition to the topic, a workshop with an excursion will be offered the following day.
