Musik im Park: The Beat Brothers

Twice a year, festival atmosphere arises in the city park of Osthofen: Then hundreds of people swarm into the green area, settle down on beer benches, loungers, or picnic blankets, and celebrate summer with live music, food, drinks, and good company. Selected bands ensure a great atmosphere – including the Beat Brothers, who will perform in the city park on May 31st. For the four musicians, it is already their second appearance at “Music in the Park”: the best proof of how successful the first was. Their trademark is the inexhaustible energy and enthusiasm for music from the 1960s to the 1990s, which translates to the audience within a few measures. No wonder: With Franz and Arno Matejcek, Sebastian Heiner, and Christopher Wüst, four highly professional and cheerful musicians take the stage. Their repertoire includes classics from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Queen, and more. This promises an event of the highest class amidst the idyllic setting of the city park. If the weather does not cooperate, the concert will take place in the community hall of the “Zum Schwanen” country hotel.
