Regen, Reben, Resilienzen. Spaziergang zum ökologischen Weinbau in Dolgesheim

Dolgesheim
on 23.05.2026 from 14:00 to 20:00 o'clock

With a total of 27,500 ha of vineyards, Rheinhessen is the largest wine-growing region in Germany; vines as far as the eye can see. Viticulture is a significant economic factor in the region - this raises the question of how it can be shaped as sustainably as possible.
On the two-hour walk, you will learn interesting facts about soils, climatic conditions, the vineyard ecosystem, and grape varieties. Along the way, we will taste various wines where they were grown.
Axel Seck (from Weingut Seck, certified by Naturland Fair) will show what special things can be discovered and will present exciting facts about wine and ecological cultivation.

The event is free of charge; registration by email to klima@boell-rlp.de
Organizer: Heinrich Böll Stiftung RLP
