We embark on a journey back in time to the subtropical marine bay 30 million years ago. In the Weinheimer Trift, sharks, oysters, rays, crabs, and manatees thrived. Learn more about the last great adventure of Erna, a fossilized manatee, and meet the fossilized lady in her new home. The discovery tour leads from the natural monument through the vineyards, past the wild romantic wine church, and ends at the Marx vineyard, where we will toast to Erna's last great adventure with a "wine from the coast."
