Römertag im Museum am Siliusstein

On the Roman Day, a fascinating journey into the Roman world awaits you at the Museum am Siliusstein in Dienheim. Discover the unique tombstone of Silius, the only Roman tombstone found in Germany with colored painting. Here, you can not only learn more about the life of Roman soldiers but also get to know the “panis militaris,” the Roman soldier's bread.

The day will be an authentic experience with exciting stories from Dienheim's history and a variety of games for children and adults. For those interested in technology, there is also the opportunity to see model steam engines in operation.
