Starting in May, we will reopen our wine tavern at the Wasem Doppelstück winery in Ingelheim. Enjoy our organic wines in a relaxed atmosphere in the vineyard under the open sky. Whether it's spontaneous for a glass of wine, with friends for the weekend, or as a little stop after a hike through the vineyards – you can unwind and let the day come to a cozy close with us.

Look forward to delicious Doppelstück wines, small snacks, Flammkuchen, cheese platters, as well as coffee and homemade cakes. On Saturdays, we also offer changing specialties such as our colorful grill platter.
