A special summer evening at the winery:
a glass of wine in hand, the aroma of freshly prepared paella in the air, and a Mediterranean atmosphere under the open sky.

Executive Chef Timo, known from the Ingelheim tapas restaurant Timorossi, prepares the paella fresh on-site – a vibrant live cooking experience that awakens vacation feelings.

This is how your summer evening at the winery will unfold:

4:00 p.m. – Arrival & Enjoyment
The evening begins relaxed with your summery welcome aperitif. You will also receive your tasting tickets for the paella and included wines. Now it’s time to sit back, meet friends, and enjoy the special atmosphere at the winery.

4:30–6:30 p.m. – Live Cooking with Executive Chef Timo
While the paella is prepared fresh before your eyes, the scent of Mediterranean spices fills the air. Enjoy a glass of wine, watch the chef at work, and start the evening in a relaxed manner.

from 6:30 p.m. – Paella Serving
Now it’s time to serve: freshly prepared paella with seafood – directly from the pan to your plate.

from 8:00 p.m. – Open Wine Serving
The evening continues: Our wine serving is now open to guests who did not have paella. Come by, toast with friends, and let the day come to a cozy end with a good glass of wine.

Please bring your order number with you to the event, which you will receive via email after purchase.

Price per person: 37.00 €
The price includes one portion of freshly prepared paella, a summery aperitif, and two selected wines of 0.1 l.
