Wine Picnic in the Park

A wine tasting in the open air.
The Wine Picnic in the Park is an unusual wine tasting that was first introduced for the 15th anniversary of the public wine tasting Bodenheim Top3 and has since taken place once a year.
The Bodenheim Traffic Association invites you to the meadow in Dollespark, right behind the VG Town Hall. The concept: For €28.00, each participant receives a well-filled picnic basket and simultaneously takes part in a wine tasting – the drinks are thus included. The wines come from the winemakers who participated in the Top3 wine competition last year.
As only 150 spots are available, a presale is arranged each time. So far, the tickets have sold out within a few days.
The event also takes place in inclement weather under the arcades. Many bring their own blankets and cushions for the picnic.
Tickets are available from early April at the office of the Traffic Association/Tourist Info, Obergasse 22, in Bodenheim during regular business hours.
