Sun, wine, and breathtaking views: The cultural and wine ambassadors of Rheinhessen invite you to a special wine hike to Ingelheim-Groß-Winternheim. Through the rolling hills of Rheinhessen with its characteristic hollow ways, vineyards, and gentle valleys, participants will experience nature, enjoyment, and culture in harmonious connection. Old hollow ways tell stories of the past, vineyards shine in rich green, and softly undulating hills invite you to pause. Under expert guidance, participants will learn fascinating facts about the region, its history, and the art of viticulture – conveyed in a lively, humorous, and passionate manner.

Along the way, there will be pretzels and wine, and at the end of the hike, a snack with spit-roasted meat and delicious wines awaits us in the beautiful courtyard of the winery.

Please remember to wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. The path leads over uneven field paths, and basic fitness is required.

The meeting point for the hike is the Lunkenheimer-Lager winery, Schwabenheimer Straße 34, 55218 Ingelheim – Großwinternheim.
