At a time when stockpiling at the end of a long winter often reached its limits, the arrival of the "green friends by the wayside" was eagerly anticipated. The first wild-growing herbs are among humanity's oldest companions. The Siefersheim herb witches lead their guests on an informative and exciting herb tour through the time and space of long-forgotten herbal knowledge. The rare and protected kitchen bellflower will also be encountered.
Following the excursion, the herb women will offer culinary wild herb tapas at the old Moebus winery. The delicious wild herb dishes will be prepared according to recipes from the wild herb books of the Siefersheim herb witches.
