The first young wines are resting in the barrels. A special time has begun. The grape harvest is over, and the new vintage lies like an uncut “rough diamond” in the cellar. We take a first joint look at the new 2026 vintage and taste the freshly fermented young wines directly from the barrel. Along the way, there are exciting insights into the wine cellar.
