Wine Meets Chocolates – A Balancing Act with a Guarantee of Enjoyment

The Ingelheim Vinothek invites you to an exciting tasting: on November 7, 2026, at 3 PM, everything in the winemaker's cellar revolves around the combination of wine and chocolates.
Christine Jung from the confectionery Purer Genuss and Kathrin Saaler – director of the Ingelheim Vinothek – will take guests on a very special journey of pleasure.
There are many parallels in the history of viticulture and chocolate production – both are products made with great passion and a deep-rooted craftsmanship. This will be tastable on this afternoon. Guests can expect fine combinations of selected chocolates and Ingelheim wines that clearly demonstrate which type of wine pairs with which chocolate.
