26-year-old Kathrin Knierim lives in Osthofen.
After graduating from high school, she began studying Viticulture and Enology at Geisenheim University in 2018, successfully completing her degree in the summer of 2024.
She gained practical experience during her studies at a winery in Rheinhessen and at a winery in Canada.
Since March 2024, she has been working as a field sales representative for a wine wholesaler in the Palatinate.
Voluntarily, she serves as the chairwoman of the rural youth association in Monzernheim, heads the women’s handball division of TG Osthofen, and manages their social media activities.
In addition, she is a member of the town council of Osthofen and of the council of the collective municipality of Wonnegau.
She finds balance in gardening and is a great support to her grandmother in everyday life.
