The campaign "Enjoy Rheinhessen" had the promotion of the topic "regional cuisine - regional products" in the upscale gastronomy to the content. Typical regional culinary experiences should thus be created and Rheinhessen should be profiled as a pleasure region.
To this end, it was the top restaurateurs of the region on the subject einwören to establish a medium to long-term cooperation between restaurateurs and producers of regional products. Caterers, winemakers with their wines from the region and producers from the agricultural sector and the food trade should be brought into focus and be more interconnected. The focus was on public relations for the players in the region, but also at the national level, which ranged from classic press work, to the use of social media and image brochures.
