Directly on the Rhine is the nature reserve Rheinauen, which offers its visitors a variety of leisure activities. At 13 different stations, the adventure path Jungaue provides information on topics related to the Rhine and its backwaters through informational panels. Furthermore, it informs about species and habitat protection, as well as the annual floods. General information about the Rheinauen is also provided. 8 adventure elements playfully illustrate the objectives of the adventure path.
The regional Rhine cycling path runs through the almost mystical surroundings along the riverbank. A panoramic view can be enjoyed from the newly designed harbor pier over the Rhine and into the Rheingau. The boat tours "Around the Mariannenaue" and the ferry also start their tours from the harbor pier.
