On the last Sunday in October, it's that time again – the HiwwelConnection and the Tourist Info of the Rheinhessische Toscana, together with local clubs, invite you to “Colorful Hiking” through the autumn-colored vineyards! Then it's time to lace up your hiking boots, put on your backpack, and hike along the well-12-kilometer-long route from wine stand to wine stand.

A backpack filled with provisions is not necessary for the Colorful Hiking. From 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., the HiwwelConnection and local clubs will offer wine and non-alcoholic beverages as well as food for both small and large appetites at a total of seven stations along the route.

The circular route is family-friendly and also passes some of the popular Wingertsschaukeln. However, please note that there are some inclines to be tackled.

This year we celebrate the 10th anniversary of Colorful Hiking! On this occasion, we have planned something special for you: during our stamp campaign, where you collect a stamp from the HiwwelConnection at each station, you can win great prizes this year thanks to our sponsors:

Additionally, we have great outdoor games from the rental service of the Bibliothek Sprendlingen-Gensingen for you to try out for free at each station.
