„RÖMER, SANDSTEIN, NATUR - eine Zeitreise für Kinder ab 6 Jahren

It is an exciting journey back in time to the Romans: a workshop will explain who extracted sandstone, how it was done, and what purpose it served. The nature in the immediate vicinity of the SCHAUstone quarry will be described, and appreciation as well as mindfulness towards the environment will be conveyed.
In the form of a short play, in which the children can participate and contribute their ideas, it will be reenacted how Romans/stoneworkers worked in the quarry.

4:30 p.m.: Performance of the play in front of the parents.
