Pies have been the culmination of a feast for centuries in many variations. Our venison pate is made from a farce of local venison and delicious pork liver.
Fine spices and a good dash of noble sweet Huxelrebe Beerenauslese give the pate the opulent taste. These game specialties are made in a small butcher's shop in Rheinhessen from wild boar from local hunting.
The creamy-tender wild pate, as a fine spicy icing on the starter plate or as a snack between meals with our wine jellies, creates sophisticated flavors. Well, the pate also goes well with a fresh salad.
