Pâtés have been the culmination of a feast for centuries in many variations. Our game pâté is made from a farce of local game and delicious pork liver.
Fine spices and a good dash of noble sweet Huxelrebe Beerenauslese give the pâté the opulent taste. These game specialties are made in a small butcher's shop in Rheinhessen from wild boar from local hunting.
The creamy-tender wild pâté works perfectly fine to round up a starter plate or as a snack between meals with our wine jellies, by creating sophisticated flavours. IIt also matches a fresh green salad.
