Modern architecture and technology today provide sports facility operators such as municipalities and cities with the opportunities to plan and build successful properties. Some established technical terms are used to give a name to the purpose of these buildings:

Conceptually, the RHEINHESSENHALLE has arrived as a representative of sports venues in the third millennium. The physical and mental well-being of both the participants and the audience is the goal of this impressive structure, for which all available resources of knowledge and experience were utilized.
The large foyer.
An important role is played by the large foyer, which can also be used for receptions or provides a generous entrance area with food and beverage service at events, setting a striking architectural accent. In general, the RHEINHESSENHALLE exemplifies generosity. High spaces create atmosphere and allow for enough air even during large events.
The three-field hall.
Variable for 5 events simultaneously. The so-called three-field hall allows for up to three parallel events within the hall itself; the separated stage and the autonomous bowling alley can also be used, enabling up to five events to take place simultaneously in the RHEINHESSENHALLE if needed.
Walk of Fame.
In honor of the athletes. A light-filled “Walk of Fame” has been built across the entire width and height of the building, which athletes traverse to reach their competitions. The premonition of victory provides motivation through architecture.
The bowling sports facility.
The 1st SKC Monsheim operates the bowling sports facility on the upper floor. Following the promotion of the men's and women's teams to the Bundesliga, the successful bowlers want to host their home games of the new season as much as possible on their own lanes from the very beginning. The facility comes from the renowned Leipzig manufacturer Ahlborn GmbH; the club finances it with a guarantee from the municipality using its own resources.
