The Tacheles Country Restaurant has been run by Diana Schmitt since March 2018, who completed her training as a cook in starred restaurants and upscale establishments. She treats you to rustic, regional, and seasonal dishes. A special specialty is the varied game dishes from her own hunting grounds. In summer, these can also be enjoyed on the garden terrace. A good meal is known to also require good wines - here from organic cultivation, from her own vineyard and Demeter certified.
