The winery attaches great importance to the natural cultivation of the vineyards in order to maximise the quality of the grapes and protect the environment. The white wines are predominantly matured in stainless steel tanks to emphasise the freshness and fruitiness of the grape varieties. Particularly noteworthy is the Riesling sparkling wine produced for the first time in 2015, which impresses with its elegant fruit and precision craftsmanship.
