At the Werkhaus of the Evangelical Diakonie Zoar, oyster mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, and shiitake are cultivated and sold. Our production is certified organic.
All tasks involved, such as renewing substrate blocks, planting, harvesting, cleaning, weighing, and selling the mushrooms, are carried out by employees with disabilities under the guidance of professionals in vocational training.
In addition to fresh mushrooms, we also offer dried mushrooms and powders of all kinds.
