„The Kramer-Klett Settlement and the MAN Steel Houses”

It was the first “real place” in Mainz-Gustavsburg. Inspired by the English garden city movement, the Kramer-Klett Settlement was established as a workers' settlement by MAN. It is characterized by small-town idyll and homely security. In the northwest of the settlement, equally interesting buildings can be found: the MAN steel houses, designed to be of high quality for higher employees. An architecturally interesting walk through Mainz-Gustavsburg.
