Thursdays in the city centre

"Thursdays in the City" transforms the Ingelheim city center in August into a vibrant meeting point for all generations. From August 6 to 27, visitors can expect a diverse program over four consecutive Thursdays that invites exploration, enjoyment, and lingering.

Already during the day, city retailers open their doors with special actions, offers, and small surprises. In the afternoon, the stage belongs to the youngest guests: From 3 p.m., a colorful children's program ensures fun, games, and entertainment.

As the day turns to evening, Sebastian-Münster-Platz becomes the musical heart of the city. From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., weekly changing bands provide a lively atmosphere and a diverse sound spectrum with live music under the open sky. This is accompanied by culinary offerings from local gastronomy and changing Ingelheim winemakers presenting their wines.
