Herbal practitioner and phytotherapist Christina Mann invites you on a wild herb hike on March 21, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM into the realm of wild spring herbs.

The Green Neune, a historical traditional dish made from vitamin- and mineral-rich spring herbs, is currently experiencing a renaissance. The main components of these wild plants can help cleanse the body in spring and contribute with natural substances to invigorate the immune system and awaken the spirits of life.

The meeting point is the hiking parking lot in the Aulheimer Tal opposite the Geistermühle between Flonheim/Uffhofen and Wendelsheim at 10:00 AM. Duration is about 2 hours,
