The Viennese double bassist Dominik Wagner, Opus Klassik award winner and scholarship holder of the Anne-Sophie Mutter Foundation, has established himself as one of the leading representatives of his instrument. Alongside him plays Sebastian Manz, principal clarinetist of the SWR Symphony Orchestra and winner of the ARD competition. The piano part is performed by the German-Greek pianist Danae Dörken, internationally sought after as a soloist and chamber musician. Together, they bring a highly unusual ensemble to the stage, which presents sonorous and programmatic contrasts. Their collaboration combines virtuosity, expressiveness, and the joy of chamber music performance.
