Little River Eagles

The Little River EAGLES are the six-member tribute project of Andre Amberg, the former bandleader of the IGELS. Together with old companions and new congenial collaborators, he has fulfilled the long-cherished wish for a concept band with the theme: “EAGLES” & “LITTLE RIVER BAND”. On their “Take It Easy (on me) Tour 22/23”, you can convince yourself of the brilliant compatibility of the musical legacies of both bands.

The Little River EAGLES have taken on their unforgettable masterpieces and created an almost three-hour concert from them. The result: a tribute hybrid show with the world hits of two grand bands. A must for rock, soul, blues, and country fans who love multi-part vocal and guitar arrangements and who appreciate the finest rocky, soulful, and harmonious West Coast music. Useful niche knowledge: Glenn Frey was an outspoken fan of the Little River Band. He often performed on stage with them as a guest musician and vice versa. About his friends from Down Under, he once said: “They are best singing band in the world!” Truly a knightly accolade from the EAGLES mastermind for the Australian “West Coast” formation.
