At Winemaker's Life I – Pruning at Michelsberg, you will become part of the winemaker's everyday life and experience firsthand how the foundation for our Riesling and our sparkling wines is created.

Together we will go to the vineyards on Michelsberg and show you what really matters in pruning: Which shoots to keep, why every cut is important, and how much experience is involved in each individual decision. Of course, you will also have the chance to take the scissors yourself and cut your own vine.

Afterwards, we will let the day come to a delicious end – with a sparkling wine tasting at the manufactory and a small snack. An experience for everyone who wants to not just drink wine, but understand it.
