"Rokko Rubin & the Schlager Jewels" - iconic party hits of the 70s

Rokko Rubin & the Schlager Jewels

Are we not all a little bit "HOSSA"?!?

The colorful show band around the charismatic Schlager bard Rokko Rubin plays iconic PARTY SCHLAGER from the 60s and 70s. Everything live, in color, and a bit "crazy"! According to the band’s motto: "Are we not all a little bit HOSSA?!?"
The band celebrates in its stage show a musical and nostalgic journey through the colorful, glittering Schlager world from seemingly carefree times.
In doing so, the band offers a fabulous mix of spicy disco dance numbers, lively popular hits, and beautiful ballads. All the unforgettable hits and classics, soap operas and evergreens, from a time when the Pril flowers bloomed on almost every tiled mirror.

The songs tell stories of life, of destinies and melodies for melons.
Does Anita in Mendocino make a bed in the cornfield? Or does Michaela dance the samba barefoot in the rain after a glass of Greek wine? Does the boy with the harmonica still play the song about what once happened in the little pub on our street? Or must Alice go over seven bridges to find new love and a new life?
The answers to all these questions and much more are presented charmingly by Rokko Rubin & the Schlager Jewels, musically modern arranged with a lot of passion and fun, and with a little wink.
The colorful and glamorous stage outfits also offer the audience a visual treat and wonderfully reflect the spirit of the era.

Even those who didn’t grow up in the 70s with the ZDF Hit Parade will love Rokko Rubin & the Schlager Jewels!
For all generations, it should apply: Have sunshine in your heart, for music is trump!
