Salve - Taste and Aromas of Wines in Roman Times

The culture and wine ambassadors, together with culture and wine ambassador Uwe Riedner, invite you to visit Spiesheim on June 27.

The approximately 3km long hike leads along the wine trail to the vineyard tower with a magnificent view over Rheinhessen. The tour offers a combination of scenic beauty and exciting information about vines, viticulture, and the Romans in Rheinhessen.

At the vineyard tower, participants will learn interesting facts about the taste and aromas of wines in Roman times and sample two beverages based on Roman traditions.

The meeting point for the vineyard tour is at 3:00 PM at the bus stop Keltenring (Keltenring 49).

Participation costs €10.00.
