Saulheimer Adventsfenster

In Saulheim, the Advent season is shaped by a very special tradition: the Advent windows.

From December 1st to 24th, various clubs, businesses, daycare centers, and private individuals lovingly decorate their windows and invite visitors and the community to discover a new window every day.
This year, the first window will be opened by the volunteer fire department at Ritter-Hund-Str. 3 in Saulheim!

On December 1st, we warmly invite all guests to celebrate the beginning of Advent with aromatic mulled wine and fruity children's punch.
The festive opening of the windows takes place every evening at 6 PM and bathes the village in a reflective, atmospheric light.

From 5 PM onwards, the windows are illuminated daily and give the Advent season a very special atmosphere – a true sea of lights that can be experienced in all its splendor during the Advent window tour.

The Advent window tour will take place this year on December 29, 2025, starting at 4 PM.
