Walk to the Goldberg
We start with a walk to our vineyard at Goldberg. Along the way, we provide insights into central elements of our organic viticulture:

   Soil cultivation & natural soil fertility

   Cover cropping concepts

   Use of compost

   Sheep in the vineyard – natural helpers throughout the year

Tasting in the Vinothek
Afterwards, we will taste 8 selected wines in our Vinothek that reflect the perfect interplay of biodiversity, craftsmanship, and terroir. We will serve water and snacks with the tasting.
