On this evening, the grape variety Pinot Noir will be explored in all its facets – as sparkling wine, Blanc de Noir, rosé, or classic red. Guests can discover what this versatile grape has to offer during a wine journey with the sommelier duo. Along with this, 6 courses will be served in three sessions in family style, including aperitif, dishes, and wines.
