In 2012, the view from the Nierstein Brudersberg was chosen as the "Most Beautiful Vine View 2012" in Rheinhessen. The German Wine Institute (DWI) and the regional wine marketing organizations awarded the title of "Most Beautiful Vine View 2012" for the first time in all 13 German growing regions. These are viewpoints that offer particularly spectacular views of the wine landscapes.

From the Brudersberg, you have an optimal view in good weather into the Hessian Ried all the way to Frankfurt (view direction east), further to the Taunus with the Great Feldberg (view direction northeast), and towards the southeast to the Rhine bend at Oppenheim as far as the Odenwald with the Melibokus.

The Brudersberg itself is a popular destination for hikers, cyclists, and the countless guests who get to know Nierstein through a vineyard tour. The RheinTerrassenWeg between Worms and Mainz passes by here. Amidst the vineyards of “Oelberg,” “Kranzberg,” “Pettenthal,” “Hipping,” and “Spiegelberg,” the “Brudersberg” is the prime piece of the Red Slope of Nierstein. It impresses with its Rieslings, which rank among the best in the world.

Let yourself be enchanted by the view and enjoy a fine drop at the same time.
