The task description of the company, which was renamed Rheinhessen-Touristik GmbH on 1 January 2007, is, according to the articles of association:

• External and internal advertising for tourism,
• the preparation and preparation of straddling tourist offers as well as their mediation and sale,
• the preparation, construction and operation of a common reservation system for the Rheinhessen region.

The Rheinhessen-Touristik GmbH (RHT) is the regional touristic leading agency, which advances the positioning of Rheinhessen as a tourist destination. Their task is to join forces to achieve effective marketing.
