Wilma Wunder is a unique all-day concept in the heart of Mainz, in the shadow of the Mainz Cathedral, that transforms throughout the day and appeals to various target groups. Whether as a café or restaurant, Wilma Wunder is always a place to feel good.
The kitchen of Wilma Wunder is contemporary urban, with a focus on regional and German cuisine. It creatively revives traditional dishes as well as homemade specialties. The menu offers a variety of local classics such as schnitzel and roulade, but also new, creative (vegetarian) dishes and seasonal specialties. Particular highlights are the bread and cakes, which are mostly sourced from traditional artisan bakeries and – when possible – baked in front of the guests.
