Every year, we strive to produce authentic wines with a distinctive character. With a focus on the traditional and local grape varieties Riesling, Silvaner and Pinot Noir. In our opinion, the goal of winemaking is to create optimal conditions in the vineyard so that as little intervention as possible is needed later in the wine. Wine tastings are possible from 4 to 15 people.

In 2014, the winery moved to the outskirts of Bosenheim, but already has a tradition of over 100 years. In the meantime, Sebastian and Kathrin Korrell, the 6th generation, continue the business. True to the motto "tradition and modernity", constant change is taking place, but the focus is always on the tradition that laid the foundation.
Our winery has been located in the heart of the red wine town of Ingelheim for over 100 years. Tradition and quality are the hallmarks of our family business, which cultivates 13.5 hectares of vineyards in the best locations of Ingelheim. Through selective hand harvesting, we obtain red wines full of character and fine fruity white wines. Wine tastings are available for up to 20 people. The Saalwächter Winery belongs to Ingelheim like the Imperial Palace and Pinot Noir. As early as 1853, Paul Christian Saalwächter laid the foundation for today's winery as mayor. Then as now, we are particularly enthusiastic about the Burgundy varieties from the lime-rich Ingelheim sites as well as our counterpart from the slate slopes in Assmannshausen. The TG Kiosk is a volunteer-run kiosk operation of TG 1860 Rommersheim. It serves to enrich local life and the Hiwweltour Neuborn and contributes to the preservation of the Rommersheim gymnasium and singers' hall, which is owned by the club. The kiosk and the attached small beer garden under trees directly at the sports field offer a small place of tranquility and gathering for locals and hikers. Cold drinks, snacks, coffee, and cake are offered.
