A wedding in the countryside is a wonderful experience. Surrounded by picturesque vineyards, Hillesheim is an ideal place to get married. At the Manuel Engelhard winery, you can have your ceremony either in the rustic vaulted cellar or in the renovated former barn. In the winery's premises, there is space for up to 100 people. Our winery, located in the heart of Ober-Ingelheim, is a fourth-generation family business. You can expect traditional red and white wines, but also trendy wines such as Merlot and Chardonnay. Specialities such as Beerenauslese and Eiswein will delight your palate, as will our cherry wine made from our own cherries. Come for a wine tasting and find your favourite wines. Wine tastings are possible for up to 30 people. Our UFFHUB-Stübche is ideally suited for family celebrations, company anniversaries or other events.

With the entry of Falk Albrecht Reichsgraf von Plettenberg, tradition has been combined with modernity. Our family has been in Dalsheim since 1625 and has cultivated wine in the 12. generation by now. Our fine boutique winery is located in the Rhein Valley, in the gentle rolling hills South of Rheinhessen. In 1937 Dr. Kurt Becker married Anna-Maria, the daughter of Jakob Müller IV, a winegrower.
