On the menu, you will find, for example, fish soup in the Marseille style, steak tartare, and Mainz hand cheese with Riesling vinaigrette. A selection of French cheeses is also part of the offerings. The dishes showcase how French recipes and Rheinhessen specialties come together here.
To accompany your meal, you can sample wines from Rheinhessen, the Palatinate, the Rheingau, the Nahe, and France. They come from winemakers with whom the wine house has personal connections. In summer, you can also sit outside in Badergasse with a glass of wine.
Art also plays a role at Bluhm: paintings by the hostess hang in the guest rooms. The wine house was awarded the Best Of Wine Tourism Award 2024 in the category "Art and Culture" for the combination of wine, culinary delights, and art.
