Comedy meets historical musical as theater professionals and amateur actors from Ingelheim perform together on stage. The focus is on two famous "C/K- Karls": Carl Zuckmayer and Charlemagne. But who is actually more significant for the region?

The folk play (in Zuckmayer's sense) by Claudia Wehner and Thilo Zetzmann charmingly connects history and present. Music and confusions guarantee a turbulent theater evening that culminates in a grand "Karlsfest".
