Wheel Service Stations

The "Rad Service Stations" in Rheinhessen can be found at the most important junctions of the cycling routes. Here you can take a little break, turn off your bike safely and charge the e-bike battery while taking a little stroll through the nearest town or taking a break in the café or vineyard around the corner. Thanks to modern wheel support stations, it is also possible to briefly inflate the tires or retighten a screw. Here you will find all the bike service stations that exist in the region so far. By 2020, there will be 10 stations.

The bike service station is located between the Robinson playground and the street "Am Herdry" in Alzey, right near the Selztal cycle path. The Tourist Information Bingen, as a Q operation (Service Quality Rhineland-Palatinate), offers quick assistance with flat tires or other bike problems. Cyclists have access to a pump and other repair tools at the TI. You will also receive information on the topics 'Bicycle Parking' and 'Park & Ride - Boxes'. Additionally, there is a self-service station (repair station) at the Tourist Information Bingen with further tools for minor repairs.
