Winery Bischmann

Our winery is located in the idyllic Wintersheim almost exactly in the middle between Mainz and Worms. When setting up and growing wine, we attach great importance to compatibility. Working in harmony with nature is a matter of honor for us. As a typically Rheinhessen-based company, until a few years ago we also cultivated arable crops in addition to viticulture. Until the 1970s, cows were milked in our current cellar. At present, 22 different grape varieties grow on more than 20 hectares. Mainly Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc in the white varieties, as well as Dornfelder, Portugieser and Pinot Noir in the red grape varieties. Just typical Rheinhessen! Parts of our production we bottle ourselves and serve our customers throughout Germany, even you! In addition to wine we have with sparkling wine, grape juice, brandies, vinegar and grape seed oil even more delicious products in our range. Our newest hobbyhorse are table grapes. On just under one hectare we grow several varieties of grapes, which are intended exclusively for snacking. From mid-August we expect the first harvest. You can relax in our 4-star holiday apartment. It does not matter if you only want to spend one night after a wine tasting or if you want to spend a few days on vacation. In our wine tasting room, you can not only try our assortment to your heart's content, you can also party properly here.
