On this tour, you circle the Wißberg, Rheinhessen’s second-highest elevation, which is also known as “Table Mountain” because of its plateau. From here, magnificent views open up across the rolling hills, and on clear days even as far as the Hunsrück and the Palatinate. The Kreuzkapelle marks an iconic landmark for pilgrims and hikers, while panoramic reliefs along the way provide orientation.
