Zellertalweg (circular route Marnheim - Heyerhof - bridge torso)

The nearly 5-kilometer circular route is part of the 45-kilometer Zellertalweg and leads from Marnheim past the bridge over the Heyerhof back to Marnheim.

The westernmost section of the Zellertalweg starts and ends in Marnheim. Marnheim, in the Middle Ages called "Mouwenheim", is the western gateway to Zellertal. Landmarks such as the Gray Tower from the 15th / 16th. Century, the bridge torso and the southern abutment of the 1945 blown railway bridge bear witness to a varied history.

The tour can of course be started from any other point and can be combined with the adjacent Zellertalweg round Albisheim-Heyerhof-Albisheim.
