In the small municipality of Gau-Odernheim, the Gelateria Caffetteria Icaro is located right at the Obermarkt. Since 2015, the Caffetteria Icaro has offered a total of 23 ice cream flavors, all homemade.
The "Dalsheimer ice cream parlour" is centrally located in Flörsheim-Dalsheim. We also offer delicous hot waffles or cakes during the ice cream season. Of course, we recommend non-alcoholic drinks and italian coffee specialities to go with them.
The event restaurant ‘Zum alten Kelterhaus’ on the outskirts of Alsheim is a popular destination for cyclists and hikers. Surrounded by vineyards, the summer garden for around 150 people invites you to linger among old rarities and lovingly decorated accessories and flowers. In cooler weather, the vaulted cellar and the wine press house are available and can seat up to 70 people. Feel free to try all our organic wines in our wine shop and enjoy the sunshine in the large old estate yard. For more than four hundred years, our family has been cultivating wine in Essenheim. Our vines grow on the southern slopes of the Selztal. Our old courtyard breathes the spirit of this tradition between half-timbered houses and limestone.
