Yesterday it was still going well
He is a grandpa. Arrived at the end of the food chain and full of life wisdom. He has so much to say, so many tips. He understands life and could explain it to anyone. But no one listens to him. So he buys himself a hat and keeps his wisdom to himself. At least privately. On stage, things are different. "Yesterday it was still going well" is the fourth solo program by Bernhard Westenberger, who continues to tell his crazy life story with it. The story of a man born in 1966, who still takes his educational mission seriously as a grandpa and imagines what the world should look like for his grandchildren in 20 years.
By the way, he is proud that he has successfully extended his marriage for 32 years now and enjoys the triathlon of senior life with his wife: E-bike riding, camper vacations, and spoiling grandchildren.
Westenberger tells about his numerous vacations as well as the madness in a modern daycare or the pitfalls of everyday life that a grandpa has to deal with. At least one who wants to earn the title “Best Grandpa ever.”
“Yesterday it was still going well” is not just a program for grandparents. On the contrary. It is a program that connects generations.
